About the position

SWCA Environmental Consultants is seeking a self-motivated Lead/Senior/Principal Level Environmental Planner specializing in NEPA. This role involves overseeing environmental impact analyses, facilitating outreach, and ensuring quality in the development of Environmental Assessments (EAs) and Environmental Impact Statements (EISs). The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members across various offices. Responsibilities
• Manage and lead the preparation of EAs and EISs for various projects.

• Support business line growth objectives in areas such as land use planning and renewable energy.

• Provide technical oversight for NEPA documents and processes.

Requirements
