We are seeking a dedicated Lead Principal Consultant for our EIA Property team.

This is a remarkable opportunity to take the helm of high-profile EIA projects across the South of England, working on various brownfield and greenfield property developments. If you possess a proven track record in managing EIA projects, excel in communication, and are passionate about delivering outstanding results, we want to connect with you!

Your Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage EIA projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and delivery of exceptional quality.
• Coordinate technical reviews and oversee the creation of Environmental Statements (ES).
• Manage financial aspects, prepare fee proposals, and actively contribute to business development initiatives.
• Mentor and support junior team members in their professional growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to guarantee successful project delivery.

What We Seek:
• At least 7 years of consulting experience with strong client-facing capabilities.
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale urban regeneration and property development projects.
• Comprehensive knowledge of EIA processes and local authority frameworks.
• Outstanding project management, report writing, and communication skills.
• Experience in team leadership and professional development mentorship.
