Lead Packaging Renovation & Sustainability Expert

Sandoz India Pvt Ltd is seeking a Lead Packaging Renovation & Sustainability Expert to develop new packaging formats and manage projects aligned with company objectives. The role involves collaboration with suppliers and internal teams, focusing on optimizing packaging performance and sustainability. Candidates should have a degree in Packaging Technology and at least 10 years of experience in pharma packaging. The position requires travel and offers flexible working benefits.
Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities:

Your Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To
Work with a multinational team to create & develop new Packaging formats. From scratch to definitive technical specs
Initiate and implement packaging projects that are aligned with Sandoz objectives
To proactively work with suppliers to ensure packaging performance, also preventing and managing technical issues on existing packaging solutions
To support Product Managers, Sites, Quality and Regulatory with the management of Packaging suppliers
Identify optimization projects. Develop and implement global plans to achieve packaging KPIs such as the percentage of recycled content, eco-design, bioplastics to adhere to future regulatory environments
He/she has expertise in Shipping Verification procedures. Indispensable great knowledge of creation/update of SOPs
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Artioscad, Capepack, etc
Valuable knowledge and lab equipment and use of it
Willing to travel

Essential Requirements

What youll bring to the role:
Holds an University degree in Packaging Technology (or equivalent)
Brings a minimum of 10 years of experience in developing Pharma packaging solutions
Solid experience in all packaging materials mainly thermo-forming, flexible laminates, glass, injection molding and carton
