Lead Lighting Installer

Outdoor Lighting Perspectives is seeking a Lead Lighting Installer in Bonita, CA, responsible for installing low voltage outdoor lighting systems in residential and commercial settings. The role requires basic electrical skills, experience with power tools, and a clean driving record. Key duties include assembling lights, running wiring, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The position offers training but requires the ability to work independently and interact positively with customers.
SUMMARY

An Outdoor Lighting Perspectives installer will be responsible for installation of low voltage outdoor lighting systems in residential and commercial settings. We do the best work in San Diego and we will be working in some of the nicest homes in the area. I am looking for a project lead who can work independently and ensure customer satisfaction to install exterior lighting systems. We offer extensive training, but I am looking for someone with basic electrical skills and good experience with power tools for carpentry and landscaping. Spanish language skills a plus. Clean driving record required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assembling lights and mounting them in prescribed locations
• Running and burying low voltage wiring in landscape areas and lawns
• Mounting transformers and connecting wire runs
• Clean up of all areas affected by the installation
• Providing direction and/or assistance to other installers when applicable
• Proper care and operation of company vehicles
• Tracking and reporting job progress using on-line tools
• Provide customer with system orientation as applicable
• Commission opportunities for upsell and services sales.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE
• High school diploma or GED.
• Landscaping experience plus
