WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS

As a Lead Geothermal Installer, your day begins with a team briefing, where you assign tasks and ensure everyone is equipped for the job. You then head to the installation site, overseeing the installation of geothermal heating and cooling systems. From making precise piping connections using heat fusion technology to installing circulation pumps and purging systems, your expertise ensures everything runs smoothly.

You lead by example, digging trenches, hauling equipment, and ensuring safety standards are met. As the day progresses, you troubleshoot any issues, mentor junior installers, and maintain open communication with clients, keeping them informed and satisfied.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN OUR LEAD GEOTHERMAL INSTALLER
• Possession of a Class A CDL
• Possession of a valid driver's license
• Capable of lifting heavy objects (60-80 lbs) by hand
• Strong initiative and not afraid to ask questions
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and take constructive feedback
• Reliable and punctual with a great attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A safety-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with skid loaders and excavators
• Landscape or plumbing experience
