Skep IT Systems is recruiting for Power Boat (Lumina Ecosole India Pvt. Ltd.), a leader in sustainable energy solutions across India. We design, manufacture, and distribute high-quality lithium battery packs and solar products. We're looking for an energetic Distribution Sales Lead to drive growth in our distribution channels in Pune.
Key Responsibilities
• Sales Leadership: Implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, adjusting tactics based on market demand.
• Channel Expansion: Identify and onboard new distributors, ensuring optimal pricing and terms.
• Performance Management: Lead sales reviews, motivate distributors, and track performance.
• Market Penetration: Analyze competitors and market trends to expand our share.
• Collaboration: Work with marketing and supply chain teams to support channel growth.
Required Skills
• Sales Expertise: Proven success in meeting sales targets and building relationships.
• Market Knowledge: Experience with distribution models and consumer markets.
• Data-Driven: Proficient in CRM tools and analytics for informed decision-making.
• Resilience: Ability to adapt and lead teams in a changing Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing (MBA preferred).
• 4-7 years of experience in a distribution-driven sales role.
• Experience with multi-tiered distribution networks.
• Based in Pune and Willingness to travel within Pune and surrounded areas.
