The position offers a performance pay system with a salary range of $15–30 per hour for full-time work, with no degree required.
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Landscape Gardener to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep passion for gardening and landscaping, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Gardeners at Wilcox Nursery are entrusted with retaining client accounts by delivering high-quality, sustainable landscaping services and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Gardeners are enrolled in a performance pay system, or P4P, to incentivize efficient work.

• Implementing best management practices

• Providing quality pruning and weeding services
• Enhancing the health and beauty of each landscape during every visit
• Sustainability:
• Employ sustainable gardening methods and best management practices for both customers and wildlife.
• Utilize a hands-on approach, including hand pruning, weeding, and minimizing power tool use.
• Customer Experience:
• Ensure professional and prompt communication.
• Conduct ongoing wellness checks to keep clients informed about their landscape's health and our maintenance activities.
• Focus on fulfilling specific client desires and proactively suggest improvements such as additional plants or mulching.
