Bloch's Farm is seeking a creative and experienced Landscape Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for horticulture, a strong design sense, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients to create beautiful outdoor spaces. Key Responsibilities:
• Consult with clients to assess their landscaping needs, preferences, and budget.
• Develop comprehensive landscape design plans that include plant selection, hardscaping, lighting, and irrigation systems.
• Create detailed drawings using design software to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Conduct site analysis and measurements to determine suitable layouts and designs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in landscape design and horticulture.
• Collaborate with the installation team to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
• Provide guidance and education to clients regarding plant care, maintenance, and landscape functionality.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting timelines and designs as necessary.
• Assist with marketing initiatives by showcasing completed projects and participating in community events.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in landscape design, with a portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency with computer-aided design (CAD) software and other design tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Knowledge of local flora and fauna, as well as sustainable landscaping practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
