Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing aesthetically pleasing, functional, and sustainable outdoor spaces. This role requires a deep understanding of landscape architecture, plant selection, site analysis, and project coordination to create elegant and environmentally responsible designs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Landscape Design & Planning:

- Develop creative, functional, and sustainable landscape designs for residential, commercial, and public spaces.

- Conduct site analysis, including soil, climate, and topographical assessments.

- Create concept sketches, 2D & 3D renderings, and detailed CAD drawings to visualize design proposals.

- Integrate hardscape and softscape elements, including plants, water features, lighting, and outdoor furniture.

- Work closely with clients, architects, and project managers to understand project goals and deliver customized designs.

- Present design proposals through mood boards, material samples, and walkthrough presentations.

- Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to ensure the seamless execution of landscape projects.

- Provide expert recommendations on plant selection, irrigation, and sustainable landscape solutions.

- Incorporate eco-friendly design principles, such as water-efficient landscaping, native planting, and green infrastructure.

- Stay updated on new materials, trends, and technologies in landscape architecture.

- Implement rainwater harvesting, vertical gardens, urban greening, and smart irrigation strategies.

- Oversee the implementation of landscape designs, ensuring adherence to quality and timeline.

- Conduct site visits to monitor the progress, planting, and finishing of projects.

- Coordinate with horticulturists, engineers, and site supervisors to ensure design integrity.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or Environmental Design.

- 3-7 years of experience in landscape design, architecture, or urban planning.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, or other 3D visualization software.

- Strong knowledge of plant species, soil types, and irrigation techniques.

- Experience in designing luxury landscapes, sustainable gardens, and large-scale urban projects.

- Ability to balance creativity, functionality, and sustainability in design.

- Ability to work on multiple projects, meet deadlines, and coordinate with diverse teams.

Preferred Experience:

Experience in residential, resort, or commercial landscape projects.

Knowledge of permaculture, xeriscaping, or climate-responsive landscape design.,
