COMPANY: DP Green Pte Ltd JOB SUMMARY: The Landscape Architect develops design concepts, prepares landscape documentation and oversees coordination across multidisciplinary teams. The role supports the full design process from concept design through construction, integrating aesthetics, sustainability and functional requirements into landscape solutions. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Develop landscape concepts, masterplans, planting strategies and design narratives. • Prepare presentation materials including diagrams, renderings and visualisations. • Produce detailed drawings, BIM/CAD documentation and technical specifications. • Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, horticulturists and environmental specialists. • Conduct site analysis and incorporate environmental considerations into design solutions. • Support tender processes including drawing reviews, clarifications and evaluations. • Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design intent and quality standards. • Review shop drawings, plant selections, mock-ups and material submissions. • Prepare reports, schedules and documentation for clients and authorities. • Contribute to sustainability strategies and nature-based design approaches. JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture. • 2–5+ years of professional experience in landscape design. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino and rendering software. • Strong design sense with good understanding of planting, materials and landscape systems. • Knowledge of regulations, codes and environmental requirements. • Strong communication and coordination abilities.
