Are you a licensed Landscape Architect with a passion for design and the skills to manage complex projects from vision to reality? We’re looking for a Project Manager – Landscape Architect to take the reins on high-impact projects and help drive the creative and strategic direction of our work.

What You’ll Do:
• Manage and lead multiple landscape architecture and planning projects from concept through completion
• Develop creative, sustainable, and functional design solutions tailored to client goals and site challenges
• Oversee the production of conceptual plans, design development, and detailed construction documents
• Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and consultant teams to ensure success on every front
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and stakeholder engagements with confidence and clarity
• Support construction administration with site visits, submittal reviews, and contractor coordination

What You Bring to the Table:

Requirements:
• Licensed Landscape Architect (Ohio or eligible within a reasonable timeframe)
• 5+ years in landscape architecture, with 2+ years in a project management role
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Land FX
• Experience with master plans, parks and recreation, site planning, and urban design
• Strong understanding of grading, planting design, and construction detailing
• Excellent communicator and leader, capable of managing budgets, timelines, and cross-discipline collaboration
• Hands-on experience with construction administration, including field visits and contractor coordination

Nice to Have:
• Business development experience: proposal writing, networking, client cultivation
• Comfortable working in multidisciplinary environments with engineers, architects, and surveyors
• A design sensibility that’s equal parts creative, functional, and sustainable
• Experience integrating landscape architecture with infrastructure or urban planning
• Passion for mentoring and growing junior team members
• Familiarity with permitting and bidding processes
