Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) – Project Manager
Location: Burlington, NJ | Full-Time | Hybrid Flexibility Available
Are you a seasoned environmental professional ready to lead impactful remediation projects in New Jersey? EnviroTrac LLC, a full-service environmental consulting firm with over 31 years of success, is seeking a driven, licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) to join our Burlington, NJ, office. We serve a wide range of clients across energy, legal, lending, real estate, retail petroleum, and public sectors with innovative site investigation, remediation, and compliance solutions. With offices in MA, NY, CT, NJ, PA, MD, OH, MI, WV, VA, NC, GA, and FL, our reach is broad, but our local roots are deeply rooted.
As an LSRP Project Manager, you will take ownership of environmental projects under NJDEP oversight, delivering high-quality, regulatory-compliant results from concept to closure. You’ll lead client communication, staff supervision, technical execution, and strategic growth, contributing to a team of environmental professionals passionate about results and regulatory integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as LSRP for NJDEP-regulated sites
Manage the full lifecycle of environmental projects, including budgeting, scoping, execution, and closeout
Develop and maintain client relationships with strong communication and strategic insight
Supervise and mentor project staff and field technicians
Oversee technical field activities, including soil, groundwater, and vapor sampling, UST closures, and remedial installations
Prepare, review, and certify reports and plans, including Conceptual Site Models, Remedial Action Work Plans, RIRs, and RARs
Conduct fate and transport analyses, groundwater modeling, and remediation feasibility evaluations
Maintain compliance with NJAC 7:26E and 7:26C, ASTM 1527-21, and 40 CFR Part 312
Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and vendors
Support business development and proposal writing
Minimum Qualifications:
BS in Geology, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
Active NJ LSRP license (required)
8+ years of project management experience in environmental consulting
Strong technical knowledge of NJDEP remediation programs and requirements
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER (current or willing to obtain)
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
Preferred Traits:

Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Mechanically inclined or experience with remediation system O&M
Microsoft Office proficiency
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
