Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Designer/Salesperson to join our team on a commission basis

In line with our aggressive marketing campaign, we want an experienced Kitchen Sales Designer to sell our high end kitchens

Responsibilities
• Consult with Clients: Understand customer needs, preferences, and budget to create tailored kitchen designs that align with their vision.
• Design & Plan Kitchens: Develop functional, stylish, and high-quality kitchen layouts using design software, ensuring optimal space utilization.
• Sales & Product Expertise: Promote and sell our top-of-the-range kitchens, guiding clients in selecting the best products, materials, and appliances.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with contractors, installers, and suppliers to ensure a seamless transition from design to installation.
• Site Visits & Measurements: Conduct on-site evaluations to take precise measurements and assess installation feasibility for accuracy in execution.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Proactively drive sales, meet revenue goals, and contribute to the overall success of the business.

Requirements
• Proven experience in kitchen design.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to confidently interact with clients.
• General understanding of kitchen fitting and planning processes.
• Own car and full UK driving license (for client visits and site assessments).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
