Summary:
The Department of Physics at ICT Mumbai invites applications for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) to work on the Ministry of Earth Science-funded project titled “Electrocatalytic Generation of Hydrogen by Sea Water Splitting.” This exciting research aims to develop sustainable solutions for hydrogen generation.

Location: Department of Physics, ICT Mumbai
Eligibility/Qualification:
• Essential Qualification:
• Master’s degree in Material Science, Physics, Nanoscience, or Green Technology, or an equivalent degree in First Class or equivalent.
Job Description:
• Conduct research on electrocatalytic processes for hydrogen generation through seawater splitting.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project objectives.
• Candidates are encouraged to register for a Ph.D. program (subject to fulfilling departmental selection criteria).
Salary:
• As per Government norms.
Number of Positions: Two
Duration:
• Initial appointment for two years, extendable annually based on performance.
Selection Procedure:
• Applicants will be selected based on an interview conducted by the selection committee. The committee’s decision will be final.
