Greene Resources is seeking a Junior EHS Coordinator to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:
• Develop, implement, and maintain safety procedures and policies.
• Champion behavior-based safety programs and 5S initiatives.
• Conduct safety assessments on equipment and recommend improvements.
• Manage Lock-Out Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures and oversee powered industrial truck safety.
• Lead incident reporting and investigations to drive continuous improvement.
• Support environmental compliance programs, including air quality, stormwater, and waste management.
• Oversee industrial hygiene efforts (e.g., noise monitoring, dust control, respirator programs).
• Coordinate and facilitate employee safety committee meetings.
• Assist with workers’ compensation cases and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Comfortable working in industrial environments and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
