Licensed Journeyman Electrician – Maryland and Delaware

We are seeking a Maryland or Delaware Licensed Journeyman Electrician to join our team! If you're passionate about renewable energy and want to be part of a team that's building a sustainable future, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:
Install and maintain solar PV systems, including panels, inverters, and batteries
Perform electrical work tied to solar installations (wiring, circuits, grid connections)
Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues to ensure performance
Conduct site assessments for optimal solar system design
Ensure all work complies with electrical codes and safety standards
Collaborate with engineers and project managers
️Communicate effectively with customers about their systems
Keep clear records and assist with permits and documentation
Stay current with code changes, technology, and trends

What You’ll Need:
Valid Maryland or Delaware Journeyman Electrician License
Experience with solar PV systems a plus
Strong understanding of NEC, safety protocols, and electrical systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and good communication skills
