LVI Associates is hiring an Environmental Planner and Project Manager in Irvine, CA. Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Environmental Planner and Project Manager to join their team in California. The successful candidate will manage environmental planning projects, ensure compliance with environmental regulations, and work closely with clients and stakeholders. This role requires a strong understanding of environmental planning principles and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage environmental planning projects, including land use planning, environmental impact assessments, and mitigation planning.
• Prepare and review technical reports, environmental documents, and permit applications.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal environmental regulations, including CEQA and NEPA.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to develop and implement project strategies.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
• Conduct public outreach and education on environmental planning and sustainability.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Planning, Urban Planning, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental planning and project management.
• Knowledge of California environmental regulations and planning processes.
• Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
