We are looking for an experienced Investor Relations and Corporate Finance specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Coordinating with internal functions to create and maintain a comprehensive library of company documents.
• Developing and updating investor presentations, pitch decks, and teasers.
• Producing and managing KPI trackers and other internal or external financial data reports.
• Building and maintaining financial models, business plans, and forecasted projections.
• Overseeing cap table management and creating compensation benchmarking tools.
• Preparing corporate finance and other legal documentation.
• Designing company presentations and promotional materials.
• Performing industry and market research, particularly focused on fintech and proptech startups.
• Supporting Co-Founders in investor communications, ensuring consistent updates and progress reports.
• Analysing and assessing new initiatives, developing business cases to support strategic planning.
