Investor Relations - Private Equity

Venture Search is hiring an Investor Relations & Marketing Associate for a Tier 1 Private Equity fund in London. The role involves supporting fundraising, managing projects, coordinating marketing activities, and liaising with external agencies. Candidates should have 3-8 years of relevant experience, particularly with closed-ended funds, and possess strong communication skills. This is a full-time position located in the United Kingdom.
We are currently partnered with a Tier 1 Private Equity fund manager looking to add an IR & Marketing professional to its team in London. The company has been in the market for over 20 years and is one of the market leaders in its field.

The IR & Marketing Associate will sit within the IR team and play a pivotal part in supporting the fundraising process, completing day-to-day project management responsibilities and co-ordinating marketing activities.

Responsibilities:
• Work with the Senior IR team to organise roadshows, meeting notes, and investor follow-ups.
• Assist in the production of pitchbooks, teasers and other marketing materials.
• Liaise with external marketing and PR agencies and support with relevant press releases.
• Update and Maintain CRM
• Support with the organisation of investor events and AGM’s

Requirements:
• 3 to 8 years of experience in a similar role at another private markets fund or placement agent
• Experience in working with closed-ended funds is a must
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
• Strong communication and presentation skills
