Investment Services Sales Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Investment Services Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of Financial Advisors (FAs) and Associate Financial Advisors (AFAs). This role is key in driving growth, optimizing business operations, and ensuring exceptional client experiences through a holistic financial planning approach.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and coach advisors to achieve sales goals in advisory services, recurring revenue, and net new assets.
• Train advisors on relationship-based selling and financial planning tools.
• Develop individualized business plans for advisors, tracking progress and optimizing sales strategies.
• Partner with bank branches to identify opportunities and increase asset gathering.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and broker/dealer requirements.

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of direct sales experience in securities and/or insurance.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience with strong leadership, coaching, and sales development skills. Demonstrated experience managing large teams in Financial Services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience with holistic financial planning and advisory solutions.

Licensing Requirements:
• Must have Life & Health licenses, SIE, Series 7 & 66 (Series 24 or 9/10 preferred). Must be able to obtain Hawaii State Life & Health licensing.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and access to transportation.

Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 annual base salary | Bonus/Incentive Eligible | (Up to $189,000+ overall compensation – performance based)
