Investment Services Specialist is a key role in our organization, responsible for processing financial planning transactions with high accuracy. This position requires problem-solving skills, reconciliation expertise, and the ability to work in multiple systems simultaneously.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing departmental email boxes, processing payments, and generating system-related reports. Additionally, they will oversee the processing of all Financial Planning transactions, including checks, credit cards, brokerage, and ACH.

This position requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as proficiency in updating and creating files within various systems. Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word and Excel, are also essential.

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical individual with excellent data entry skills and a strong aptitude for learning new systems quickly. Prior experience in the Financial Services industry, particularly in payment processing and report generation, is preferred.
