Role Overview

We’re seeking a highly motivated Investment Banking Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in investment banking while working on live mandates and strategic transactions alongside experienced professionals.
Note: The first month will be a probationary period (unpaid). Upon successful completion and selection, interns will receive a monthly stipend of ₹4,000, which is negotiable based on performance and experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in preparing financial models and valuation analyses
• Conduct market research, industry benchmarking, and company profiling
• Support in deal execution, due diligence, and pitchbook preparation
• Collaborate on fundraising and M&A transactions
• Gain exposure to client interactions, investor outreach, and transaction structuring

Qualifications & Requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling
• Basic understanding of corporate finance, investments, and valuation methods
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage tasks independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
• Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields
