In this role, you will work closely with senior bankers to support the execution of various transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and financial advisory services. Key Responsibilities
• Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial modeling and valuation analyses using methods such as DCF, comparable company analysis, and precedent transactions.
• Research: Perform industry and market research to support transaction strategy and recommendations.
• Due Diligence: Assist in the due diligence process by collecting, analyzing, and organizing financial and operational data.
• Presentation Preparation: Prepare pitch books, presentations, and other materials for client meetings and internal discussions.
• Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings, taking notes and contributing to discussions as needed.
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members on various projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: Previous internship experience in investment banking, private equity, or related finance roles is preferred.
• Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling. Familiarity with PowerPoint for presentations is a plus.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
