Job Description

Greenwich Partners is seeking an Investment Banking Analyst for their Strategic Advisory team in the UK. The role involves advising clients on corporate finance issues, working on M&A, valuations, and financial modelling, while preparing transaction documentation. This position offers significant exposure to high-level projects and is ideal for analysts from larger banks seeking more hands-on experience. Full-time commitment is required.

In this role you will..

Work alongside on MDs, advising clients of corporate finance matters

Be exposed to a broad range of projects such as M&A, takeovers, defence, equity raising, financial strategy, LBOs

Deal structuring, financial modelling, valuations

Preparing transaction documentation

This would be a great opportunity for an Analyst from a larger bank who is looking to gain a lot more hands on exposure to deals and clients, operating at a senior level.

They are very interested in meeting Investment Banking Analysts from the corporate finance and investment banking teams of other banks and advisory firms.
