The role involves advising clients on corporate finance issues, working on projects like M&A, deal structuring, financial modelling, and preparing transaction documentation. In this role you will..

Work alongside on MDs, advising clients of corporate finance matters

Be exposed to a broad range of projects such as M&A, takeovers, defence, equity raising, financial strategy, LBOs

Deal structuring, financial modelling, valuations

Preparing transaction documentation

This would be a great opportunity for an Analyst from a larger bank who is looking to gain a lot more hands on exposure to deals and clients, operating at a senior level.
