We are now working with a very successful investment bank.

They are looking to recruit an Analyst into their London Healthcare M&A team.

The role will focus on:
• Working on the execution of transactions including acquisitions, disposals and management buy-outs.
• Extensive interaction with clients and investors
• Financial modelling, financial modelling
• Preparation of deal execution documents
• Deal negotiation
• Deal structuring

The successful candidate will have a background as follows:
• Background in investment banking, M&A or Big Four M&A/ corporate finance advisory
• Excellent deal sheet
• Healthcare sector is not essential for the roles
