Prime Disaster Response is seeking an Insurance Claims Administrator in Watford, UK. This full-time role involves supporting claims handlers by managing documentation, scheduling appointments, and maintaining data systems. The Role

This is a fast-paced and diverse administrative role supporting our claims handling team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, providing essential support to three claims handlers. Key Responsibilities:
• Preparing and managing documentation related to claims.
• Scheduling and coordinating appointments for claims assessments.
• Handling reception duties, including answering calls and managing enquiries.
• Updating and maintaining data management systems.
• Assisting with general administrative support and office coordination.
• Liaising with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders professionally and efficiently.
