Instructional Designer, Sales Enablement

Lucid Motors is seeking an Instructional Designer for Sales Enablement in Newark, CA. The role involves developing training content using the ADDIE model, collaborating with team members, and addressing learning gaps. Candidates should have a BA/BS in instructional design or related field, 5+ years of experience, and expertise in Articulate 360. The position offers a salary range of $96,000 to $120,000, along with competitive benefits.
Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education, and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.

· California San Francisco Bay Area - $96,000 - $120,000 / year

The Role
• Develop a wide array of training content, including online training, job aids, presentations, user guides and more
• Use the ADDIE model for content development and project management
• Collaborate with the Sales Enablement Curriculum Developer and Instructional Design Manager to produce learning curriculums
• Collaborate with the Sales Enablement Curriculum Developer and Instructional Design Manager to refine learning objectives and test methods
• Identify training material learning gaps and work with the Instructional Design Manager and Sales Enablement Training Program Manager to quickly resolve themQualifications
• BA/BS instructional design/ education related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years’ experience in instructional design
• Experience using the ADDIE model for not only content development, but overall project management as well
• Expertise in Articulate 360
• The ability to rapidly master new technologies, methodologies, and processes to effectively transfer expertise into training content
• Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and manage parallel projects with diverse scopes
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, excellent writing skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workloads, and work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
