Job Description
Polaron Solartech Corp is seeking an Inside Sales Executive (Solar Qualifier) to generate residential solar leads in Ontario, Canada. Responsibilities include lead generation, qualification, booking meetings, and nurturing relationships with homeowners. The role requires strong communication skills and a passion for renewable energy. It offers a base salary of $40,000 plus commission, with flexible remote work options and opportunities for career advancement in the solar industry.
As a Solar Qualifier, you will play a crucial role in generating new residential opportunities for our Solar Specialist Sales Team. You will identify, qualify, and nurture homeowner leads to ensure a seamless transition to the sales process. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about renewable energy, residential solar solutions, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a clean energy future.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Leverage inbound marketing, outbound prospecting (phone calls, emails), social media, and networking to identify potential residential leads across Canada.
• Lead Qualification: Qualify residential leads based on predefined criteria such as home ownership, roof condition, energy consumption, budget, and timeline to ensure they are a good fit for our services.
• Booking Meetings: Once a lead is qualified, schedule a meeting with one of our Solar Specialists, who will continue the sales process and close the deal.
• Geographic-Based Segmentation: Categorize and focus on leads from specific neighborhoods and regions to maximize impact and efficiency.
• Nurturing Relationships: For homeowners who aren't immediately ready to buy, you'll nurture ongoing relationships, providing relevant updates and information until they are ready to engage in a sales conversation.
Skills & Experience:
• Previous experience in residential sales, lead generation, or home improvement industry (preferred, but not required).
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence homeowners via phone, email, and social media.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Comfortable outreach to homeowners, with a proven ability to handle rejection professionally.
• A passion for renewable energy and the residential solar industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

Pay: $40,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
