The role involves developing client relationships in the HVAC industry, providing technical support, creating proposals, and collaborating with engineering teams. Who are we?

XNRGY Climate Systems is a North American leader in sustainable design, and advanced manufacturing of custom air treatment systems focused on research and energy development, contributing to reducing carbon footprint. XNRGY is seeking a qualified Inside Sales Engineer to join its team located in Arizona. Reporting to VP of Mission Critical, the Inside Sales Engineer

An overview of your responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients in the HVAC industry.
• Respond to customer inquiries, providing product information, pricing, and technical support.
• Design and prepare technical data including dimensional drawings.
• Create proposals and corresponding bid documents.
• Contribute to the development of Sales Tools
• Organize customer factory visits/witness testing and coordinate with other departments.
• Assist in the preparation of documents and technical presentations to support the sales team.
• Prepare documentation for a bid process.
• Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to create customized solutions for clients.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to clients.
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
• Maintain accurate records of channel sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Prepare CRM reports on territorial activities and bid prospects.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team success.
• Participate in trade shows, training, and industry events to promote products and network with potential clients.

What you'll need, among other things!
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, aerospace or chemical engineering or other related fields
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in systems design or HVAC equipment sales;
• Proactive team player with a sense of responsibility and capable to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Capacity to apply and maintain administrative processes to improve company overall effectiveness;
• Effective problem-solving skills and being initiative with the ability to work effectively when managing multiple tasks;
• Computer knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite;
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is an asset;
• Excellent organization and communication skill.
• Able to travel occasionally across North America
