About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to participate in our 12-week Technical Sales Internship program. As a Technical Sales Intern, you will be part of a dynamic team that works together to develop innovative climate solutions for buildings, homes, and transportation.

Your responsibilities will include working directly with Sales Account Managers and customers, understanding the design, application, and sale of systems, controls, parts, and services, and attending sales meetings, business functions, sales and service calls, and customer meetings.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop technical sales skills through hands-on experience.
• Gain exposure to various aspects of our business, including equipment, service, building automation, and application.
• Work closely with industry leading Sales Account Managers and customers to understand their needs and develop solutions.

Requirements
• Pursuing bachelor's degree in engineering (open to all engineering areas of emphasis).
• Be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
• Possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, ability to provide proof of insurance, and have no major or frequent traffic violations.
