Medasource is seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager for a large healthcare system in Indianapolis, IN. The role involves overseeing Site and Infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with construction schedules, and facilitating communication between teams. Responsibilities include coordinating technology activities, managing vendor collaboration, conducting onsite assessments, and addressing project risks. Candidates should have 8-10 years of relevant experience and strong organizational skills. This is an onsite position requiring weekly presence.

Scope of Work:

The Project Manager (PM) will serve as a key member of the Informatics and Information Services (IIS) Project Management Office (PMO), responsible for ensuring the successful execution of the Site and Infrastructure projects at new hospital. The PM will ensure IIS-related activities are planned, coordinated, and aligned with construction schedules to deliver the technology solutions required for the new campus.

Core Functions and Responsibilities:
• Primary Point of Contact: Act as the primary liaison between IIS, construction management, and vendors to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
• Coordinate IIS-Related Technology Activities: Ensure IIS-related activities are in sync with the overall construction schedule.
• Internal Coordination: Facilitate weekly internal IIS coordination meetings to track project progress.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and participate in cross-functional meetings to monitor progress, surface potential issues, and align project teams.
• Vendor Collaboration: Oversee collaboration with low voltage and other infrastructure vendors, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications.
• Onsite Assessments and Walkthroughs: Conduct onsite assessments and walkthroughs to ensure adherence to project requirements.
• Status Updates and Documentation: Provide timely updates on project progress and ensure accurate documentation is maintained.
• Change Control Management: Manage change control processes and document related updates.
• Issue Resolution: Address emergent issues through effective engagement with stakeholders.
• Risk Monitoring: Monitor project risks and collaborate with vendors and internal teams to develop and implement mitigation strategies.

Job Requirements:
• Experience:
• 8-10 years of relevant experience required, with expertise in construction management, low voltage design, or infrastructure technology.
• Previous experience in project management for complex design and construction projects is essential.
• Experience with contractor and vendor management is required.
• Experience with project management or technology industries is highly preferred.
• Skills:
• Experience with Smartsheet is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate across teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Work Environment:
• Onsite position, requiring availability for onsite presence weekly.
