Job Summary:

Hands-on Onsite IT Support Technicians with experience in warehouse environments, hardware refreshes, and computer hardware setup. Responsible for imaging, deploying, and maintaining desktop and laptop devices, performing hardware swaps, and ensuring a smooth transition to Windows 11. Training provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform hardware refreshes, including swapping out aging devices with new equipment.

Build, configure, and test desktops, laptops, and peripherals before deployment.

Image and deploy Windows 11 machines using standard imaging tools.

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

Manage inventory and asset tracking within a warehouse environment.

Ensure proper handling and storage of IT equipment to maintain functionality and longevity.

Provide hands-on support for end users during and after deployment.

Document installations, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions for future reference.

Qualifications & Requirements:

5 years of experience in IT support, hardware deployment, or warehouse-based IT operations.

Experience with hardware swaps, PC builds, and imaging software (SCCM, MDT, or similar).

Proficiency with Windows 11 setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Familiarity with warehouse logistics, inventory management, and IT asset tracking.

Strong knowledge of desktop/laptop components, peripherals, and hardware diagnostics.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

Previous experience in large-scale IT rollouts or corporate hardware refresh projects.

Basic networking knowledge (IP configuration, connectivity troubleshooting).
