Ogni Esco Private Limited is hiring an Industrial Plant Operator in Amravati, Maharashtra. The role requires 4-6 years of experience in operating industrial equipment, ensuring safety and quality standards, and maintaining smooth plant operations, particularly in the biomass industry. Responsibilities include monitoring operations, performing inspections, coordinating maintenance, and logging operational data. This is a full-time, in-person position with a salary range of ₹25,000.00 - ₹29,945.50 per month.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Plant Operator with 4-6 years of experience in operating and maintaining industrial equipment, ensuring smooth plant operations, and adhering to safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in biomass industry.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Monitor and control plant operations, including machinery and equipment, to ensure optimal performance and adherence to established production schedules
• Perform regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify and fix any technical issues.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure they are being followed throughout the plant.
• Coordinate with maintenance personnel for routine maintenance and repairs to prevent unplanned downtime.
• Operate heavy machinery, to load and unload raw materials and finished products.
• Prepare and maintain operational logs, tracking plant production and quality data.
• Participate in safety drills and training sessions to ensure readiness for any potential emergencies.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management, reporting any issues or disruptions that may affect production.
• Assist in inventory management, ensuring adequate supply of raw materials.
• Monitor all plant operations and adjust processes as necessary.
• Coordinate with team members to facilitate smooth production processes.
• Log operational data and report any inconsistencies or malfunctions.

· Participate in safety drills and assist in emergency situations.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Industrial Plant Operator or similar role.
• Knowledge of industrial machinery and systems.
• Understanding of safety regulations and operating procedures.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Vocational or technical training is a plus.
• Experience in BIO-CNG, Biomass, Chemicals, or Heavy Industries.

Note: This role involves working in an industrial plant setting with occasional exposure to noise and dust.
