About The Role

As a Shuttle Bus Driver at TRAXX, you’ll be a vital member of the team, ensuring safe and smooth transportation for passengers in the Fort Saskatchewan area. You will be part of a company known for its commitment to safety and service excellence, and you’ll have the opportunity to build a long-term career with us.

Your ability to provide friendly, safe, and efficient service will ensure that your passengers have a pleasant and smooth experience. We are looking for individuals with a strong customer service orientation, excellent communication skills, and a passion for safe driving.

Key Responsibilities
• Safely transport passengers according to the established route, adhering to all safety protocols
• Assist with loading and unloading passengers' luggage
• Address passenger inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy
• Keep passengers informed of trip progress and advise of any delays
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections, documenting any incidents or vehicle concerns
• Maintain the shuttle bus in a clean and presentable condition
• Complete and maintain trip logs
• Available to work a fixed schedule, including weekends and holidays

Qualifications & Experience:
• Class 2 Commercial Driver's License (mandatory)
• Minimum of 1 year of shuttle bus driving experience
• Proof of Clean Driver's Abstract
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Previous experience with shuttle bus or similar passenger transportation is preferred
