• Serve as a key attorney, aligning with the needs of technology engineering, procurement & supply chain, and manufacturing teams.
• Structure, draft, and negotiate procurement agreements.
• Counsel internal business clients on focused matters of manufacturing and procurement & supply chain.
• Manage legal disputes and inquiries.
