About Us:
Green Bear Solutions is a premier provider of solar energy, roofing and more, dedicated to delivering high quality products and exceptional service to our customers. As we expand our operations throughout Texas territory, we are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Solar / Roofing Sales Representatives. If you’re self-motivated, growth driven, value driven, and have a desire to build wealth in a way that only exists in solar then apply..
Responsibilities:
• Attend pre-set scheduled appointment with potential customers and educate them on the benefits of solar energy.
• Conduct thorough assessments to determine the best solar options for customers’ homes.
• Generate leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, and canvassing.
• Close sales and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process and maintain ongoing relationships with clients.
Requirements:
• Previous sales experience, preferably in the solar industry (though not required).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Reliable transportation and driver’s license.
Compensation:
• Unlimited earning potential our top sales reps make $250k -$350k • Typical first year between $70,000-$150,000
• Although it's commission based, average reps will still have the ability to earn $75k+ Benefits:
