U.S. Bank Corp is seeking a Syndications Project Manager for Renewable Energy in Atlanta, GA. Facilitate and manage syndicated financing for renewable energy projects.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential syndication partners.
Conduct thorough due diligence on potential projects and present findings to senior management.
Negotiate terms and conditions of syndicated financing agreements.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of syndication process.
Monitor and track project progress and financial performance.
Collaborate with project sponsors and other stakeholders to ensure successful completion of syndication.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions related to renewable energy.
Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the syndication process, including investors, lenders, and project sponsors.
Manage risk and identify potential issues that may arise during the syndication process.
Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure all syndication agreements comply with regulations and internal policies.
Contribute to the development of new financing structures and products to support renewable energy projects.
Represent U.S. Bank Corp and the Impact Finance team at industry events and conferences.
Continuously evaluate and improve the syndication process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
