As an Environmental Impact Assessment Specialist II, you will be responsible for ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of environmental sustainability and protection. This involves coordinating, conducting, and preparing impact assessments to maintain the environmental integrity of natural and cultural resources. You will also design and implement environmental surveillance and monitoring programs to ensure implementation of approval conditions, terms, and agreements for construction, clean-up, restoration, and follow-up reporting programs for complex utility or development projects.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have significant experience working on complex major resource, utility, or development projects, such as pipelines, transmission lines, or work in/near water. You will also need to have experience working with government agencies, industry, and other stakeholders regarding impact assessment and/or regulatory processes. Additionally, you will need to have a strong background in environmental science, including biology, ecology, forestry, soil science, geology, or geography.
