This role plays a critical part in maintaining the continuity of operations through fast, effective technical support and IT infrastructure management.

As the primary IT contact for the factory, you’ll collaborate with both technical teams and manufacturing leadership to ensure all systems – from networks to devices to cybersecurity – are running smoothly. You'll also serve as the key point of contact for security compliance and policy enforcement, making this role a vital part of our operational excellence and digital safety.

What You'll Do

Technical Support & Troubleshooting
• Diagnose and resolve IT and OT (Operational Technology) network and system issues with speed and precision.
• Provide responsive support via phone, email, chat, and in person across a range of hardware and software tools.
• Manage software installations, system configurations, and critical updates across factory devices.
• Maintain WSUS services for OT devices, deploying patches and updates upon OEM validation.

Cybersecurity & Compliance
• Act as Site Cybersecurity SPOC (Single Point of Contact) – lead vulnerability remediation, audits, and implementation of security best practices.
• Work closely with central cybersecurity teams to assess risks and ensure factory compliance with global protocols.
• Monitor device security, secure IT peripherals, enforce printer network rules, and manage audit readiness.

Factory Coordination & IT Governance
• Collaborate with global network and end-user computing teams on incident resolution, site changes, and infrastructure improvements.
• Support DNS and local network services for OT systems, if applicable.
• Oversee compliance with site-level governance standards and manage IT service escalations and deliverables.

Hardware & Device Management
• Set up and maintain laptops, printers, projectors, and other devices — ensuring they’re secure, functional, and fully compliant.
• Manage hardware allocation, upgrades, replacements, and secure disposals.
• Partner with Field Service Engineers on security updates, patch management, and endpoint protection.

About You
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field (preferred, not required).
• Experience: Proven hands-on experience in IT operations, tech support, or cybersecurity within a manufacturing or complex onsite environment.
• Expertise:
• Network and system troubleshooting
• Strong grasp of cybersecurity standards, policies, and frameworks
• Familiarity with OT/IT convergence
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced settings
• Experience working with external vendors and managing IT contracts is a plus
