IT Infrastructure Technician

Job Requirements:

To succeed in this Computer Systems Support Professional role, you will need to possess a strong foundation in computer systems support, including hardware and software troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance. A minimum diploma from a recognized IT program is required, along with relevant certifications and experience.
Main Responsibilities:
• Hardware and Software Support
• Provide technical assistance to clients with hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Network Configuration and Troubleshooting
• Configure and troubleshoot local area networks and internetworks
• Client Communication and Support
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve technical issues via phone or in-person

Qualifications:
• A+ certification and at least one certification from Cisco or Microsoft
• OEM certifications from vendors such as Dell, Toshiba, Lenovo, and HP
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
