IT Infrastructure Coordinator

beBee Careers is seeking an IT Infrastructure Coordinator in Red Bank, NJ. Responsibilities include troubleshooting networking issues, fulfilling customer requests, and creating documentation. Candidates should have experience in networking infrastructure, network security, and server management. This is a full-time position with no degree requirement.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot networking, routing, and interconnectivity issues.
• Customer Requests: Complete customer requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Documentation: Create and review documentation and process regarding issues, new standard operating procedures, knowledge transfer material, etc.

Qualifications: We are looking for individuals with experience working with networking infrastructure, network and operating systems security, and server management.
