The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Business Application Developer to join our team as part of our Dynamics 365 development effort. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for building and supporting business applications using a combination of low-code solutions and custom code.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the management and optimization of Dynamics 365 applications, including system configuration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Provide technical leadership in the analysis, design, and implementation of system enhancements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand system requirements and design viable solutions.
• Work through the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to implement, test, and release changes to the D365 applications.
• Act as the lead point of contact for production issues, analyzing and resolving technical problems swiftly.
• Participate in the design, testing, and execution of disaster recovery plans.
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices.
Qualifications and Skills

The successful candidate will hold a degree in Information Technology or a closely related field, coupled with 5+ years of experience in developing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM CE solutions. Required skills include:
• In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM security and administration.
• Experience with integrating Dynamics 365 CRM using tools such as Logic Apps, Azure Function Apps, and general Azure services.
• Proficiency in data migration for Dynamics 365.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience using Azure Dev Ops.
• Experience in Dynamics 365 Apps, including Customer Service, Sales, and Field Services modules.
