Position Summary:

Redaptive is seeking an HR Coordinator to join our team. This role involves providing comprehensive support in human resources functions. The position also includes handling inquiries, assisting with recruitment, onboarding of new hires, administrative tasks and supporting office-related HR tasks.

This position is a full-time hybrid work location in Denver, Colorado.

Responsibilities and Duties

Recruiting Support:
• Assist the Talent Acquisition Lead with creating and posting job descriptions on various job boards, schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status updates.

Employee Onboarding:
• Prepare new hire paperwork accurately and timely and assist with new hire onboarding.
• Schedule and coordinate new hire orientation sessions with candidates and hiring managers.
• Set up new employees in Workday and other relevant systems.

General HR Support:
• Assist with employee engagement activities and training sessions.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining Workday files.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by the US People Lead.
• Assist employees with benefits inquiries such as open enrollment, leaves, company policies, etc

HR Office Support:
• Full support of Redaptive's Denver, Colorado office including but not limited to:
• Mail sorting/Shipping items
• Management of items stored on premises
• Management of key cards
• Office supplies
• Process bill payments/invoices
• Employee and guest security access for the Denver office.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detailed oriented
• Strong customer service skills
• Resourceful, innovative, proactive
• Ability to hold sensitive information in strict confidence
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently with little instruction

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous HR-related internships or 1+ years' experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with Workday systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
