Hotel Engineer

Anderson Hospitality Group is seeking a part-time Hotel Engineer in Bowling Green, KY, focusing on maintenance and repair of hotel facilities. The role involves ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing work orders, and maintaining hotel aesthetics. Candidates should have hotel experience and pool maintenance skills. The position is weekend-based, requiring 8 to 10 hours on Saturdays and Sundays, with potential for additional shifts.

This will be a weekend focused position, 8 to 10 hours per Saturday/Sunday, with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts.

SUMMARY: Installs, maintains, and repairs machinery, equipment, physical structures, plumbing, and electrical systems in hotel and restaurant by performing the following duties:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned by a manager or supervisor as needed
• Ensuring completion of work orders
• Creating and implementing Preventative Maintenance Program
• Ensuring adherence to local, state and federal compliance of OHSA regulations
• Conducting Life Safety Training and maintaining records related thereto
• Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance of Life Safety Systems
• Training and development of maintenance associates
• Operating within established budget guidelines
• Providing excellent service to internal and external customers
• Vendor relationship management
• Inventory control of property operations related tools and supplies.
• Expense Management
• HVAC maintenance and repair
• Maintaining hotel aesthetics (painting, furniture maintenance, etc.)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
