Hospitality Manager

The Sustainability Centre is seeking a full-time Hospitality Manager for their East Meon location in the UK. The role requires management experience in the hospitality industry and enthusiasm for sustainability. Responsibilities include overseeing the Eco Lodge and campsite facilities. Weekend work and flexibility in hours are necessary, with the option for live-in accommodation. Applications must include a CV and covering letter by March 3, 2025.

Our South Downs Eco Lodge has a 39 bed self-catering wing; a newly refurbished 25 bed & breakfast wing with bed & breakfast catering options; a small family campsite with off-grid yurts; indoor meeting rooms and Woodland Hall all set within our 55 acre woodland site.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who has prior knowledge of management within the hospitality industry, enthusiasm for the wider work of the Sustainability Centre and who shares our ethos and purpose.

This is a full-time, permanent role and flexibility in working hours is a requirement with weekend work expected. There is the option of offering a live-in role for this post with staff accommodation on site. Additional residential duties and costs will apply.
