About the position

Responsibilities
• Assist Operations Manager in greenhouse tasks

• Maintain plants in greenhouses

• Prepare plants for loading into trucks

• Load plants and supplies carefully

• Check paperwork for job preparedness

• Deliver plants to job sites and unload them
,
• Trim and remove dead foliage from plants
,
• Scan plants and containers into the electronic system

• Deliver plants to other divisions as necessary
,
• Maintain proper tools and consumable supplies
,
• Travel to plant growers within Florida to pick up plants

Requirements
• High school diploma or GED

• Valid Florida driver's license

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

• Ability to work in various environmental conditions (cold, hot, wet, humid)

• Ability to use essential tools such as shovels, shears, rakes, and hand sprayers
