Job Description
Plan A Plant is seeking a Horticulture Executive in Kukatpally, Hyderabad, with 1-2 years of experience and a degree in Horticulture or Agriculture. Responsibilities include client interaction, preparing presentations and quotations, project execution planning, and maintaining documentation. Candidates must have strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu, along with knowledge of plants and landscape execution. The position offers a salary of ₹200K–₹250K per year and is full-time.

Qualification: Horticulture / Agricultural Bachelor's or Master's Degree
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Actasthepoint of contact between the Clients, internal team and Vendors Understand client requirements thoroughly, offer expert advice and to provide customized solutions that meet their specific needs.
• Prepare visually captivating presentations to effectively showcase our green solutions and designs to potential clients.
• Generate comprehensive pre-sales quotations with precise scope and cost breakdowns that accurately reflect project requirements.
• Actively engage with prospective clients, conducting initial assessments and needs analysis to understand their specific requirements.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations alongside the sales team.
• Work with internal teams and plan the execution of the project to ensure all deliverables meet stringent client specifications and maintain the highest quality standards.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all materials created, including presentations and BOQs, are error-free, well-structured, and consistently accurate.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (nursery and other vendors) to streamline operations and billing processes.
• Supervise the greenery installed at client locations, AMC services being done and resolve client escalations/requests if any
• Maintain records, such as plant inventory, AMC activities and other tasks where ever involved.
• Maintain and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system (bills, invoices and any other necessary documents)
• Monitorsuppliers and research for advantageous deals
• Ensurecustomer and vendor database is maintained in detail
SKILLS REQUIRED
• Goodcommunication skills- Speaking mandatorily (in all 3 languages- English, Hindi and Telugu)
• Knowledgeaboutindoor- outdoor plant, landscape execution and micro irrigation
• Self-motivated, proactive and adaptable to thrive in a dynamic industry environment.
• Good presentation and report preparing skills, customer handling would be an added advantage
• Well-groomed and decent appearance
• Capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative, fast-paced team
• Strongplanning and time management skills
• Highlevel of professionalism and a service-oriented mindset.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Flexible with work timings (if needed)
