The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a seasoned Home Climate Control Expert to join our team. As a Home Climate Control Expert, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective climate control solutions for residential customers.

Main Tasks:
• Analyzing customer needs and preferences to develop tailored climate control solutions.
• Conducting site visits to assess existing HVAC systems and provide recommendations for upgrades or replacements.
• Collaborating with customers to ensure their climate control needs are met.
• Providing expert advice on HVAC-related matters.
• Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in residential HVAC/R installation, maintenance, or service.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA certification is mandatory.
• Work Ready Certificate and NATE certification are preferred.
• A valid driver's license and passing Motor Vehicle Check.
