Responsibilities:
• Develop a sustainability program strategy to enhance patient care and reduce environmental impact.
• Foster relationships with industry thought leaders and translate business insights into future strategies.
• Author key strategy documents and drive alignment of business leaders on sustainability initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on sustainability topics, engaging stakeholders and effectively communicating complex information.
• Anticipate new customer segments and tailor marketing strategies to meet current and future market needs.
• Initiate and drive new products and services based on changing customer needs and preferences.
• Develop and manage a marketing budget, analyzing and explaining budget variances.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of work experience required.
• 7+ years of healthcare marketing/sales experience required.
• Proven experience developing and driving programs, creating brand value propositions, and refining stakeholder messaging.
• Strong ability to identify and build deep relationships with supply chain leaders, C-suite executives, and key decision-makers.
• Expertise in developing and delivering compelling presentation content to influence internal and external stakeholders.
